These Terms govern your use of the Experts Edge platform ('Experts Edge', 'we', 'us').
Experts Edge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Information on the platform is general only. You remain responsible for your own legal judgments, including the selection, instruction and engagement of any expert.
Experts listed or introduced through the platform act independently and must comply with applicable court rules, professional obligations, and duties to the court. An expert's paramount duty is to assist the court, not to advocate for any party. Experts Edge does not influence the content of any expert opinion.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload privileged or confidential material before a formal engagement process is in place. You are responsible for verifying an expert's suitability, qualifications, availability and independence.
We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, performance, or any litigation outcome relating to any expert. Signals and analytics are provided to assist your own review and must be independently verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Experts Edge is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any expert engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
